Womans Circles

Pure magic happens when women gather, connect and share in circle.

These small circles are designed to create space for you to go inward...

 

To connect to yourself and other women in your community, your intuition, to ground you and remember who you are.

Circles will align with the seasons, new or full moons. 

​

Retreats

A magical day just for you!

To relax, to calm your nervous system, to nourish, to become inspired and reconnected.

Arabella has facilitated over 15 retreats and she knows first hand the importance of taking some time out of everyday life to refill your cup so you can show up as the best version of yourself.

Reiki Healing

1:1 energy healing sessions are offered in person in Arabella's Christchurch based studio, or via distance (online).

- Balance energy centres (chakras)

Ropana = Healing 

The name ropana = healing in sanskrit, the ancient language of India.

 

Arabella is a student of vedic meditation and reiki healing through reiki grand master, Punnu Singh Wasu, both of which originate in India

​

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of these traditions, ropana space will be a place of energetic healing, connection and transformation.

​

When considering what space Arabella wanted to create for people the only word that kept coming up was healing, so she endeavoured to find the word healing in a language that she felt connected to on many levels, sanskrit being the one.

 

so ropana space, is a place of healing.

Reiki is an energy healing modality that is given through the energy centres in the palm of the hands of the healer to the recipient.

The reiki healer is acting as a conduit for the healing energy. It is not their energy they are using the heal the recipient, it is universal life force energy.
