1:1 Energy healing and Coaching sessions offered in person in Ohoka or via distance (online) Reiki can; Calm and reset the nervous system Reduces anxiety and stress Balances energy centres (chakras) Relive physical pain Accelerate the bodies self healing abilities Promotes connection between mind, body and spirit Enhances a state of calm, healing and connection to self By combining the Reiki session with Life or Health Coaching we are able to discuss and work through a specific goal, and then move through it energetically The reiki healing session will take approx 45 mins and coaching for 30 mins. The total appointment will take 90 mins.
