For over 15 years (on and off) I experienced binge eating disorder. I could barely even eat a piece of fruit without it turning into a binge eating episode.
And look, the physical pain like bloating and weight gain form the binging was bad... but i'll tell you what was SO much worse... the shame, guilt, disgust and self hatred that I inflicted on myself because of it. Not to mention the absolute havoc that it wrecked on my social life, career, relationships, presence, joy and ability to travel! Ahhh to be in Italy having a bowl of pasta while travelling with my family.... nope! Not possible for me at the time! The food fear, and subsequent fear of binging was all too much to handle!
Yep, binge eating and my very negative and complex relationship with food and my body stole some of the best moments of my life! Thats why im on a mission to help as many people as I can so it doesn't happen to you too!

8 video modules that are accompanied with notes to read
A downloadable binge eating journal to track your progress and help you understand any binge eating episodes (not that you will have many more after this program!)
You will also get access to a private Facebook group where I will host a fortnightly Q+A to help you with any extra questions you have about your binge eating. There will also be additional learning material added there.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I watch the video modules?
When you sign up for the program you will be sent detailed instructions on how to watch the video modules and download the materials. The program will be hosted in an online learning portal called Thinkific. It is a very user friendly program so if you are not technologically minded don't fear, Its easy to navigate!
How long will I have access to the program?
It is a 4 week program. But you will have access to the content for 12 weeks so that if something comes up in that time you have a few weeks available to catch up. You can download and keep all of the notes and self enquiry prompts for future use. But the videos will be available to you for 12 weeks from signing up. The FB group will remain open to you indefinitely so you can listen to future Q+A's and absorb any new material added there.
What else will I get other than the videos?

Downloadable binge eating journal so that if you do binge eat during the program you can answer some questions to really understand why and move through the binge.
Access to the private FB group with fortnightly live Q+A calls with me and any additional learning material I add there.
Once the program is completed you will also have the option to work 1:1 with me if you want to work a little deeper and will jump to the front of my waitlist!
What is the time commitment per week?
60-90 mins per week roughly.
What age is this program good for?
18 - unlimited! If you are under 18 (or are looking into this program for someone who is) please get in touch so I can chat about the severity of the binge eating and see if some 1:1 work will be more beneficial.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, a way to take notes and an open mind! You will be learning how to do things very differently to what you have done in the past! But that’s how you are going to get a different result!
