I teach a strong, modern and dynamic class that you will no doubt feel the next day! Being a mother myself I have a keen very interest in pre and post natal Pilates and understands the incredible benefits of keeping your body strong during such a challenging time. I also acknowledge that time is precious and the time you put into exercising, you really need to feel, and see, the benefits.
Mindful movement is the key! Working with your breath we will safely help strengthen the areas that need it and then lengthen those muscles with some flexibility work.
ONLINE PILATES CLASSES
SATURDAY 8.15 AM VIA ZOOM
Join me on Saturday mornings at 8.15am for an online Pilates class taught via zoom.
The Pilates class will be a modern and strong full body class with a key focus on the core, pelvic floor and the booty. The class will be made pregnancy and post natal friendly with modifications for those who need it.
It will be 45 minutes of 'you time', to focus on your body, your breath and yourself! It requires no equipment (or light hand weights but cans of chickpeas will do the trick!).
If you cant make the class time I can record it for you and send it to you.

All Pilates classes run for a minimum of 8 weeks to make sure your body starts to really feel the difference that Pilates can make!
The classes are specifically designed to suit your goals and ability. Whether its strengthening your body after having a baby, during pregnancy or just general fitness and toning.
All equipment provided, as well as some laughs along the way and a little guided meditation to finish off the session. The 60 minutes will fly by!

I love going to Arabella's weekly pilates at a friends house. It feels so personal and as a result I feel comfortable. She has specialised on all of our needs collectively and its such a fun way to work on getting our bodies back in a better shape after having children ! I also love the chats along the way!
