This spring equinox womens circle is designed to be a calming and safe space for you to blossom. To take yourself on a sacred inner journey. To reconnect to yourself and other women around you. To remember who you are and what you want.
This circle includes:
Cacao Ceremony - to help you attune to your heart and journey inward
Guided Meditation - Too help you feel grounded and to settle your nervous system
Inner reflection - Some journal prompts to deepen your journey inward, understand what seeds you want to plant and how you want to blossom throughout the upcoming season
Connection Circle - To share and reflect with the women around you
