- Why you find it hard to follow your intuition
- What intuitive eating is
- How intuitive eating can help heal your relationship with food
- What food rules are (they can be very sneaky)
- How food rules and your relationship with food are keeping you small and stopping you from enjoying your life
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF;
- You emotionally eat, stress eat, binge eat, restrict food or obsessively count calories or macros
- Food and your body are surrounded by guilt, shame and distrust
- You follow a million different food rules and get very confused about what to eat
- You are sick of your thoughts being consumed by food
- You rely on the media or friends for your food choices
- You yoyo diet and 'start again' every Monday
- Eating pizza at dinner with friends or a piece of cake at a birthday party is an absolute no go!
